1. All items are subject to VAT.

2. There is no minimum order quantity on furniture manufactured by ourselves.

3. All contracts shall be governed by the law of England and no condition contained herein shall prejudice the statutory rights of the customer and supplier.

4. Customers must confirm orders in writing either by letter, email, or fax before the manufacturing process can begin.

5. Cancellation of any order by the customer can only be accepted by agreement in writing (by email or letter). A reasonable charge may be made to recover any costs incurred by Castles UK (Mattresses) Ltd.

6. All vehicles are single driver delivery to one ground floor location with easy access for the vehicle. Distribution to individual rooms is not included in the cost of delivery. Delivery and porterage services can be arranged subject to quotation.

7. All goods will be invoiced on the day of delivery and we require payment in full within 14 days for furniture from the date of the invoice and within 14 days for our mattresses. Goods remain the property of Castles UK (Mattresses) Ltd until paid in full.

8. For new customers or large orders we may require a cutting deposit.

9. Notification of damaged goods must be made by the customer in writing (by email or letter) within 24 hours of delivery.

10. Contracts are subject to cancellation by the supplier owing to an act of God, war, fire, flood or other cause beyond the control of the suppliers.
